This camp is for boys entering grades 7-12 and have some prior golf experience or have an interest in trying out for the WTHS Boys golf team. Students should have some prior experience golfing, as they will spend time on the driving range, putting green, short game area, and golf course. Students who have never golfed before are encouraged to attend one of the Junior camps that Discover Golf runs at Bittersweet Golf Course.
The first day of camp (June 18) will be from 12:15 p.m.--2:15 p.m. Golfers will receive instruction on the driving range, putting green, and short game/sand area. Range balls will be provided. Golf rules, etiquette and strategy will be covered.
June 19 will begin at 11am on the driving range (Range balls will be provided) and at noon golfers will begin to tee off for a 9 hole competition.
Golfers in WTHS summer school can start each day at 12:30 p.m.
Range balls and greens fees are included in the cost of the camp. Golfers are encouraged to bring water, sunscreen, and a snack each day. Please contact Coach Zaban (
