Football, JV-Varsity Performance Camp 2023

Description:
This camp is a combination of our previous two camps (Football and Football Performance).  Players will learn an offensive and defensive position and execute drills and situation specific to them.  Campers will also learn essential lifts and techniques required to be successful on the football field.  Athletes will spend time on the playing field, in the weight room and conditioning. 





 
Bring to Class:
Campers should bring a water bottle daily in anticipation of hot weather.  Campers should also bring football cleats, indoor shoes as well as a mouthpiece the first day of camp.
